If you need to edit a read-only drawing, open the drawing in Fusion and save it as a new file.

Then, you can edit the new drawing and save your changes in the Drawing workspace.

First, locate the read-only drawing.

Click Show Data Panel, and then, under All Projects, navigate to the desired folder.

In this example, under Samples, select Basic Training, and then open the Drawings folder.

Open the Connector Joint Drawing.

On the new document tab, notice the lock symbol, which indicates that this drawing is locked and read-only.

To enable editing, save the drawing as a new file.
