Module overview

Learn how to create 3D models from 2D sketches and the rationale behind selecting specific tools. You'll explore tools like extrude, revolve, and loft, understanding their use cases and necessity. Additionally, you'll learn to manipulate geometry using modification tools like fillets, chamfers, patterns, and direct modeling tools such as press pull and move/copy.  Understanding these tools and knowing when to use them is crucial for successful 3D model creation.

After completing this module, you’ll be able to: 

• Create 3D models from 2D sketches.
• Manipulate geometry with direct modeling tools.
• Apply fillets and chamfers.
