Forma Takeoff is a cloud-based tool that allows teams to perform quantity takeoffs directly from 2D and 3D models. In this module, you will learn how to set up a takeoff project, define takeoff types, extract quantities from models, and analyze the results. You will then apply prices in Forma Estimate to extracted quantities to come up with a project cost. You’ll see how model-based estimating in ACC supports faster, more accurate cost analysis and helps teams stay aligned throughout the preconstruction phase.
