You can add tags to annotate a view with values that are populated with parameters from the objects being tagged.

This example shows a furniture layout plan for a living room with a type marked value of each piece of furniture annotated with a tag.

When you place a tag, the category of the tagged object determines which tag will be used.

To place tags without leaders, clear leader in the options bar and place the tag.

The tag is positioned at the origin of the tagged element.

To place tags with leaders, enable leader in the options bar and place the tag.

The leader will attach to the midpoint of each side of a bounding box around the element.
