You can replicate or copy content between Civil 3D projects in the cloud using the Bridge tool.

This type of connection allows any cloud-based Civil 3D project to leverage files from another cloud project,

To create a static bridge, begin in your web browser with two ACC tabs open—one open to the Project Files of the sending project

In the Phase 1 project, open the Project Files > Resources folder, where you see two PKT files that you want to access in the Phase 2 project.
