You can share Civil 3D cloud project files or folders with external shareholders,

meaning those who are not project members, by emailing a public link.

First, you must configure this type of sharing for the project.

In Files, expand the Settings drop-down and select Advanced settings.

Here, you see the Public links to sheets and files, setting, which is turned Off by default.

Toggle this setting On, and in the confirmation dialog that appears, click Turn on.

Then, expand the number of days drop-down and select a time for expiration.

In this case, leave the default of 90 days.

Click Files at the top of the page to return to Files.

To share a public link for one or, in this case, for multiple files, first, select the files.

Then, click the More menu and select Share.

In the Share dialog box, under Share with, select Anyone with the link.

Expand Link expires and select a date—in this case, 90 days out.

Next, expand the Select version to share drop-down to choose whether to share the current version at the time of sharing,

If you are using an external application to email the link, click the Link tab,
