The user interface has all the tools you need to work on a drawing.

Hub Administration
If you're an administrator, use Hub Administration to manage projects, members, project templates, and other hub settings.

- Product picker: Switch to the product you want to work with.
- Project picker: Switch between hubs, projects, and templates you have access to, or search for a specific project.
- Help menu and Autodesk profile: Access resources including product help, Support, the Learning Center, and your Autodesk ID profile.
- Projects tool: Create or edit projects. Click a project to go to Project Administration for that project.
- Members tool: Manage hub members and their access to services.
- Companies tool: Access a directory of companies in all projects in your hub.
- Roles tool: Use roles and permission levels to control member access to products and tools.
- Project templates tool: Create templates and edit existing project templates.
- Subscriptions tool: Manage subscriptions assigned to the team associated with the hub.
- Library tool: Access a collection of objects that can be used in projects and project templates in the hub.
- Apps tool: Add and manage third-party apps.
- Products and tools: Hide specific products or tools from projects.
- Custom integrations: Develop integrations using publicly available Autodesk APIs.
- BIM 360 admin tool: Access Analytics, Apps, Companies, Roles, and Settings features in the BIM 360 Account Administration module.
- Settings tool: Edit the hub name and find your hub ID.
- Platform icon: Specifies whether projects are hosted on Autodesk Forma or BIM 360.
Project Administration
Administrators and project managers use Project Administration to manage project members, permissions, and project-level settings.

- Product picker: Switch to the product you want to work with.
- Project picker: Switch between projects and templates you have access to, or search for a specific project.
- Help menu and Autodesk profile: Access resources including product help, Support, the Learning Center, and your Autodesk ID profile.
- Members tool: Manage project members and their access to services.
- Companies tool: Access a directory of companies in your project.
- Bridge tool: Share and consume models and other design data between projects using package workflows.
- Handover tool: Assemble, collect, and organize handover documentation to export and share.
- Activity log: Access a chronological record of Administration, Data Management, Issues, and Sheets activities.
- Notifications tool: Control who receives which email notifications for a project.
- Locations tool: Construct a hierarchy of building areas in your project.
- Settings tool: Edit the project profile information and access the settings for the activated project products.
- Member project settings: Assign or edit member information for the project in the panel that opens when you select a member.
- Assigned products and permissions: Product entitlements assigned to the member.
- Unpurchased products: Products not included in the subscription for the account but activated anyway; access requires a subscription.
Data Management
Data Management allows you to organize project data across project teams.

- Product picker: Switch to the product you want to work with.
- Project picker: Switch between different projects you have access to, or search for a specific project.
- Help menu and Autodesk profile: Access resources, including product help, Support, the Learning Center, and your Autodesk ID profile.
- Files tool: Manage the structure of your project folders and control permissions to files and folders.
- Specifications tool: Add and publish construction specifications for use by project members.
- Reviews tool: Create approval workflows and review files.
- Transmittals tool: Create, review, and export transmittals.
- Issues tool: Create and manage issues in the project.
- Boards tool: Review designs, compare options, and collaborate in a visual workspace.
- Reports tool: Create, configure, schedule, and view reports.
- Members tool: Manage members and their access permissions.
- Bridge tool: Share and consume models and other design data between projects using package workflows.
- Settings tool: Edit the project profile.
- Project Files folder: View and manage files and folders that are part of the project.
- Packages tab: Create and manage packages to group files conceptually.
- Upload files button: Upload files to the project.
- Search and filter: Open Search to find files and folders.
- View buttons: Display files in a grid or list view.
- Gear icon: Customize the columns displayed.
- More menu: View actions for managing the relevant folders and files.
Design Collaboration
Design Collaboration allows teams to manage and explore data sharing in a visual way using the timeline, project model, and change visualization.

- Home tool: View the project timeline and models in your team space.
- Issues tool: Create or view issues on your team's sheets and documents, 3D views, or project model.
- Project Status tool: Review when the files in your team were updated.
- Changes tool: Create and review watch groups and review changes in the models.
- Meetings tool: Document and facilitate meetings between project members.
- Correspondence tool: Create and manage communication between teams and with project stakeholders.
- Reports tool: Generate, configure, schedule, and view reports.
- Members tool: Manage members and their access permissions.
- Bridge tool: Share and consume models and other design data between projects using package workflows.
- Settings tool: Edit the project profile.
- Collapse button: Collapse the tools column.
- Active team: The active team's timeline and set list.
- Filled/empty circle: A filled circle represents a consumed package, while an empty circle represents an available package that hasn't been consumed.
- Half-filled circle: Multiple packages are available, and at least one hasn't been consumed. The numbered badge denotes how many packages are available.
- Dotted-line circle: A package that you've started but haven't shared.
- Filled square: A new version of the work-in-progress model has been published.
- Plus node: Create a package from a published model to share with other teams.
- Email notifications: Manage email notification settings.
- Project Model: View your team's project model, consisting of your team's work-in-progress models and any consumed models from other teams.
- Publish latest: For cloud-workshared models, update the work-in-progress model by triggering publishing from Revit.
- Schedule publish: Automatically publish your cloud-workshared model on a weekly schedule.
- Timespan: Change the timespan displayed in the timeline.
Model Coordination
Model Coordination provides an easy way to identify and review clashes in project models.

- Models tool: See the models in your coordination space.
- Views tool: Create and open views.
- Clashes tool: Access the clash grid to view the clashes between models.
- Issues tool: Identify areas of concern or required improvements in project files and models.
- Meetings tool: Document and facilitate meetings between project members.
- Correspondence tool: Create and manage communication between teams and with project stakeholders.
- Reports tool: Create, configure, schedule, and view reports.
- Members tool: Manage members and their access permissions.
- Settings tool: Edit the project profile.
- Open in viewer: Open the selected models in the viewer.
- Number of clashes: See how many clashes are in each model in the coordination space.
- Coordination space drop-down: Select the coordination space you want to review.
- Filters panel: Filter the models available in the list.
Insight
Insight provides project-level analytics.

- Create shared dashboard button: Create shared or private project dashboards. Private dashboards are available to Project Administrators only.
- My Dashboard: Display your default dashboard.
- Design: Review design review and model coordination metrics.
- Model Analytics: Review model-related analytics.
- Project Controls: Review RFI and submittal metrics.
- Quality: View project quality metrics related to issue status, activity, and root cause.
- Safety: Monitor daily safety status, observation, and risk.
- Data Connector: Extract data from projects.
- Reports tool: Create, configure, schedule, and view reports.
- Customize button: Organize and add new cards to your dashboard.
