This course provides a comprehensive introduction to InfoAsset Manager, guiding users through asset data management, visualization, analysis, and reporting. Learn how to set up and manage databases, build and edit networks, and collaborate in a multi-user environment. Also discover how to efficiently manage infrastructure asset data, maintain data quality, and support informed decision-making using InfoAsset Manager.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the purpose of InfoAsset Manager and navigate and customize its user interface.
- Create, configure, and manage databases, folders, groups, asset groups, and networks.
- Set coordinate systems, standards, units, flags, and other project-wide settings.
- Import, edit, validate, infer, and manage asset data from multiple sources, including GIS, CSV, manhole surveys, and CCTV surveys.
- Select, view, edit, and analyze network objects using GeoPlan tools, grid views, long section views, and 3D views.
- Customize visualizations using themes, labels, GIS background layers, visual effects, and workspaces.
- Collaborate effectively in a multi-user environment using commits, updates, scenarios, and version comparisons.
