Fusion CORE: CAD Foundations
Course overview
If you’re new to CAD, this course helps you get started and understand some of the absolute basics needed to build and modify CAD models. You'll develop foundational parametric modeling skills by creating a rim blank, mounting holes and features. Through guided workflows, practice and challenges, concepts will be reinforced before independently creating your own rim blank.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Describe intent driven design.
- Set up a Fusion Project and sub-folders.
- Create 2D sketches.
- Apply dimensions and constraints.
- Model solid 3D parts.
- Apply features such as fillets, holes, and patterns.
