You can update your Autodesk password at any time from your account profile security settings. If you can’t sign in because you forgot your password, you can reset it using your email address.

Reset your password

1. Go to the Sign in screen from your Autodesk product or open profile.autodesk.com in your browser.

2. Select Sign in.

3. Enter your email address and select Next.

4. Select Forgot password? below the sign in option.

5. Check your email for a one-time passcode (OTP).

6. Enter the OTP on the sign-in screen and select Next.

7. Enter your new password twice, then select Reset password.

8. Sign in with your new password.

9. When prompted, enter the one-time passcode sent to your email to confirm sign-in.

Note:

• If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder for messages from noreply@signin.autodesk.com or noreply@autodesk.com.

• If you use a corporate email address, ask your IT team to allowlist these email addresses.

If you sign in with a third-party provider (Google)

If you use Google to sign in, reset your password through your Google account. Autodesk does not manage third-party passwords.

Change your password

• Sign in to your account at profile.autodesk.com/security.

• Select the Edit icon next to password.

• Enter your current password once.

• Enter your new password twice.

• Select Save.

Note: If you don’t see the option to edit your password, your account is managed by your organization. Contact your administrator for help.
