Scan for and fix unsynced changes to desktop files using the Desktop Connector troubleshooting tool.

Desktop Connector includes a troubleshooting tool to fix file syncing issues.

You can use this tool to identify unsynced files,

such as changes to files in your workspace, and "kick start" syncing activity between your local desktop and the cloud.

To use the Troubleshooting tool to identify and resolve the syncing issue,

from the Desktop Connector home screen, select the gear icon and click Troubleshooting.

In the Select Project dialog, expand the drop-down to select the project, and then click Select.

The troublesh ooting tool scans the selected project,

and displays tabs for My Unsynced Changes and Unsynced Cloud Updates.

Select My Unsynced Changes to resolve changes to desktop files not yet synced to the cloud.

Click Fix All.
