Whether you are an existing user or a new Autodesk user,

you can set up 2-Step Verification through your Autodesk account profile security settings.

To set up 2-Step Verification, first, on your mobile device, install an authenticator application of your choice.

There are several options available and, in this example, Google Authenticator is installed.

Please note, there may be variations between different authenticator apps.

Once installed, open the app on your phone.

Tap Get started.

You can choose to use the authenticator app without an account,

or you can proceed to log in with the account associated with the app.

Select the account you want to log in with, and then tap Continue.

Next, on your desktop, sign into your Autodesk account.

Select your profile icon, and from the drop-down, under My Profile Settings, select Password and Security.

Once you are logged in, a QR code displays.

Back on your mobile device, select Scan a QR code.
