Isolated foundations have several uses depending on the family that is loaded.

Some examples of isolated foundations are shown below.

In order to model sheet piling and piled wall systems efficiently,

you can use dynamo to automatically place the elements along a selected path.

If a structural column is placed over an isolated foundation,

If we now take our cursor into the model, the first thing you'll notice here,
