In Inventor, visual styles include appearance properties to define model faces and edges in the canvas.

Several standard visual styles are provided as presets,

and you can also define other appearance settings, such as lighting, shadows, and reflections.

To start, from the Quick Access Toolbar, click Projects.

In the Projects dialog, click Browse, navigate to where the project files are saved, and then select Front loader.ipj.

In the Projects dialog, click Done.

From the Quick Access Toolbar, click Open.

Navigate to the Data folder, select Front Loader.iam, and then click Open.

On the ribbon, in the View tab, Appearance panel, expand the Visual Style drop-down and select Technical Illustration.
