MIKE BRONSON: In this video, we are
00:03
going to review the results of the report
00:05
from the MEP model analysis.
00:07
After the calculations are complete,
00:09
the report will help you analyze the model
00:11
by separating it into project, building, zone, and space
00:15
summaries.
00:17
Once the calculator is complete, Revit will display the results
00:19
on the screen.
00:23
You'll notice at the top, there's a project summary, then
00:26
a building summary.
00:30
Below that is the zone summary.
00:32
In this case, we haven't set zones up yet.
00:36
To review the results more easily, creating zones
00:39
will help to isolate these spaces into groups.
00:44
Here is a list of the default spaces and their values.
00:48
Selecting each one of these will take you to the actual space
00:51
itself.
00:54
This is the information particular to
00:55
the mechanical space you chose.
00:59
You can always go back to the summary of this basis
01:02
to start over in your list of choices.
01:06
You'll notice on the project browser,
01:07
Revit created a loads report under the reports category.
01:12
This is a view, just like any other view in Revit,
01:15
and can be dragged to a sheet for printing later.
01:19
Save the project to continue.
