Downloading and installing the Vault Server

Any referenced datasets can be downloaded from "Module downloads" in the module overview.

Downloading and installing Vault Server

Steps covered in the video:

  1. Navigate to the [Autodesk Vault download site].
  2. Select the appropriate Vault Server version and begin download.
  3. Once downloaded: 
    • Launch the Vault Server installer. 
    • Agree to the License and Services Agreement. 
    • Specify the installation file path (or use default). 
    • Click Install to start the installation process. 
  4. After installation: 
    • Click Start to load Vault Server. 
    • Confirm that all Vault services are running (via server console or service manager).
