Navigate using keyboard shortcuts
Within Flow Production Tracking, keyboard shortcuts can be used to quickly perform actions.
Navigate the Inbox and My Tasks
- Use the "↑" and "↓" keys to quickly move through messages and tasks in the Inbox and My Tasks menu.
Navigate the Media app
- Use the "↑" and "↓" keys to sort through projects.
- Use the "←" and "→" keys to expand or collapse the menu options.
Access the global search bar
- Use "q" or "s" to quickly jump to the global search bar.
- To clear or cancel a search, select "esc".
Create a new entity
- To quickly jump to the new entity creation menu, select "n".
- Use the "↑" and "↓" keys to search for an entity in the entity creation menu.
When you have your desired entity selected, hit "enter" or "return" to open the entity creation form.
Repeat form information from the entity creation form
Filling in the entity creation form can be tedious if you need to add information to many fields, and if you need to create many entities with that same information.
- Hold down "alt" or "option" to have the option to "Create [Entity] and Keep Form Values".
- Anything written in the entity creation form will remain.
- Users can create another entity with same information as the previous one.
This shortcut is handy if you need to enter a lot of the same type of information into a creation form. It can be used on any entity creation form to create any kind of entity.
