Creating sheets

Any referenced datasets can be downloaded from "Module downloads" in the module overview.

Create sheets - Exercise

If you model something and it’s not on a sheet, it doesn't exist. That’s obviously an exaggeration, but I think you get my point. Let’s make some sheets.

  1. Open Revit then the file MEDICAL CENTER PARKING GARAGE.RVT (or open any Revit project you are working in).
  2. In the Project Browser, scroll down to where you see a category called Sheets (all).
  3. Right-click on Sheets (all) and select New Sheet….

  4. Use the titleblock that is available and click OK.

  5. Pick and drag Level 2 onto the sheet, as shown below.

  6. Position the view, as shown below.
