Adding the Revit Infraworks Updater

Like a lot of these applications, Autodesk needs the help of a separate add on to bridge the gap (pun intended). You will need two take two steps to get the add on you need. It is called the Autodesk Infraworks Updater. This will allow you to import an IMX file into Revit.

1. Find and install the Autodesk Desktop Connector if you do not have it already. Below is a link to the install page:

2. Once you have run the install, open the app and scroll down to the Revit Infraworks Updater as shown below. Either click Install or update for whatever version of Revit you are running.
   

Note: you need to be running the same exact version of Infraworks and Revit for this to work.
