Evaluate and Take Action on ProModel Simulation Results

Module overview

This module will illustrate how production performance insights can be gathered for an existing factory layout in ProModel and Process Simulator. It will also demonstrate how various layout scenarios can be evaluated to determine what changes have the greatest impact on efficiency and throughput.

This module takes approximately 9 minutes to complete. By the end of the module, you should be able to:

• Understand how to evaluate Process Simulator and ProModel Simulation results
• Create multiple layout scenarios to determine most impactful layout modifications
