This session will be an introduction to a sustainable workflow initiative that uses the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to reduce lead times from the design phase to construction by up to 60%. Building upon the success of A-SPEC (the existing automated restroom design cloud service) initially introduced during AU 2021, we proudly introduce "A-SPEC Plus,” our newest generation of design process that uses the latest AI algorithms. The inclusion of advanced AI in this upgrade allows for the creation of restroom layouts/plans that prioritize user comfort and spacious designs. In addition to the plan proposals created based on the new design logic, A-SPEC Plus significantly reduces lead time from design to construction with very little input by using the capabilities of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Platform Services. Potential applications of this technology extend far beyond restroom design. It also offers a scalable automated design solution for various building spaces and interior designs.
