In this session, we'll discuss the journey of implementing Autodesk Fusion Manage software. We'll cover all the challenges we faced implementing product lifecycle management (PLM) for a global group at the same time the enterprise resource planning (ERP) was implemented. Discover what strategies we tried and used—which was a success, and which was a failure. We'll also touch upon cultural differences and lessons learned when it comes to having more than 150 users adopt the system at once. We'll also showcase all the value Fusion Manage has provided to Vow ASA over a four-year period.
